Property Management:
In some cases, you may also be responsible for property management that includes leasing space in your building. Due to default, you may now be responsible for the maintenance of other property. We can provide a thorough assessment of the property from environmental, fire and life safety considerations and general safety conditions of the property. We can provide a full range of environmental assistance including asbestos, lead, mold and other indoor air quality issues. We can also determine if your contractor support for building operations is adequate to ensure your risk from liability issues is limited. We can also provide training for your staff to ensure they will meet regulatory requirements. For instance, hazard awareness information such as the two-hour asbestos awareness training is required for any employees working in space where asbestos is located.
